SINGLE COOKING WORKSHOPS
A practical and authentic experience
The Buon Appetito individual workshops offer a unique opportunity to discover Italian cuisine through the preparation of traditional dishes. With the guidance of expert chefs and specialized restaurateurs, participants—children, teenagers and young adults— have the opportunity to work with authentic ingredients, learn culinary techniques and immerse themselves in regional traditions.
HOW DO THEY WORK?
Each workshop lasts 3-5 hours and is a true journey into Italian gastronomic culture. Participants not only cook, but also explore the origins of the dishes, their variations over time and the different regional interpretations. Each dish thus becomes a gateway to Italian history, culture and traditions.
