BimBi Italiani organizes various events and gatherings targeting children and their families. The events are based on Italian cultural themes and include holidays or festival such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter, and thematic like Ice Cream and Play, Pizza day, Afternoon at the Cinema, etc.
Some events are opene to non-Italian children to promote and expose other communities to Italian cultures and traditions.
The events generally take place in the houses of our members, in community centers, and in Italian restaurants and coffeeshops. Hosting events in Italian restaurants and coffeeshops, BimBi Italiani maintain its Italian character while stimulating the economy of the small-medium Italian entrepreneurs living abroad.

Mixed couples: raising children between two cultures without losing balance
Raising a child between two cultures can be an extraordinary opportunity, but also one of the most complex challenges for many international families. Different languages, traditions, parenting styles, family rules and cultural expectations can deeply enrich a child’s growth, while also creating doubts, misunderstandings and moments of discussion between parents.
In this episode of Attacchiamo Bottone, we will explore parenting in mixed-culture couples, looking at what it means to support children as they build their cultural and linguistic identity, while keeping balance, dialogue and emotional stability within the family.
Together with Elena Benvenuti, psychologist, psychoanalyst and trainer with expertise in relationships, personal growth and family dynamics, we will discuss what truly works in everyday life: from managing languages at home to navigating different parenting styles, from children’s sense of belonging to the search for common ground between different cultures.
We will also reflect on the small but important choices that shape family life every day: which language to use in different moments, how to respect both parents’ backgrounds, how to handle different expectations, and how to help children feel proud of all the parts of their identity.
This conversation is dedicated to parents, future parents and international families who wish to turn cultural differences into a valuable resource, building a family environment that is calm, conscious, inclusive and emotionally supportive.
Because growing up between two cultures does not mean choosing between two worlds, but learning how to value them both.

Buon Appetito! – Home-Made Pasta Workshop
Discover the joy of making authentic fresh pasta from scratch in a hands-on workshop designed for children and families.
During this special experience, participants will roll up their sleeves, learn simple techniques from the Italian culinary tradition, and enjoy a creative moment to share together.
This workshop is also a beautiful opportunity for families to slow down, connect through food, and experience one of the most loved Italian traditions in a simple and authentic way. With only four families per slot, each participant will receive close guidance and enjoy a more personal, high-quality experience.
The workshop will take place at Casa Marini in Bangkok, in a warm and authentic atmosphere inspired by the flavours of Italy.

Imparando l’Italiano End-of-Year Celebration
Join us for Summer Goodbyes, a special afternoon dedicated to celebrating the children, families, and friendships that made this year of Imparando l’Italiano so meaningful.
This end-of-year celebration is an opportunity to come together before the summer break, recognize the progress of our young learners, and share a joyful moment with the wider BimBi Italiani community. Children who took part in the program will receive their certificates, celebrating their commitment, participation, and connection with the Italian language and culture.
Hosted with the support of Bangkok Patana School and the Italian Cultural Institute of Bangkok, the event will bring together students, families, teachers, and friends for an afternoon of recognition, community, and celebration.
It will be a warm and informal occasion to say goodbye before the holidays, strengthen connections between families, and celebrate the value of learning Italian together in an international environment.

Buon Appetito! – Creative Summer Camp
A fun and engaging creative summer camp for children aged 6–12, organized in collaboration with Priyam’s Kitchen Academy.
The camp is designed to offer children dynamic and stimulating days, combining cooking activities, creative workshops, and opportunities for social interaction in a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment.
The programme encourages learning through hands-on experiences, giving children the opportunity to experiment, collaborate, and discover new interests in a natural and engaging way. Each day is carefully designed to combine creativity, food, and fun, creating a meaningful and memorable summer experience.
During this special summer week, participants will cook, create, and explore through hands-on activities inspired by food, art, and creativity. An educational and enjoyable experience created to encourage curiosity, practical skills, and imagination within an international and friendly atmosphere.
