Traditional recipes of Italian cuisine and flavor pairing.
Identification and recognition of basic ingredients.
Principles of weighing, measuring and calculating ingredients.
How to cook independently from the preparation of raw materials to the cooking and preparation of dishes.
Time management and patience.
Motor and coordination skills
The course can also be proposed as a fantastic extracurricular activity both inside and outside the school environment.
The course is a wonderful mix of culture and traditions fused with lifelong culinary skills, designed and created by BimBi Italiani together with various Italian, French and Thai Chefs specializing in Italian cuisine.
At the moment Italian Cooking Courses are integrated as extracurricular activities at Bangkok Prep and Bangkok Patana International schools in Bangkok.
The courses can be replicated anywhere in the world and in other schools!
